SCIP database and the SVC substances notification requirement

The notification requirement to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) - through the SCIP database - of the Substance of Very High Concer (SVHC) for quantities over the 0,1% of the total weight, has entered into force the 5th of January 2021. This requirement involves all the companies that produce, import, use, or sell products into the EU market.
