Webinar • WELL for Residential

Il Gruppo Bureau Veritas Italia organizza un nuovo webinar con la partecipazione di IWBI (International WELL Building Institute) per presentare e promuovere il protocollo di certificazione sulla sostenibilità WELL for Residential, dedicato alla valutazione delle prestazioni di salubrità e benessere degli edifici residenziali.

 

Il concetto dell’abitare è strettamente connesso al concetto di qualità degli spazi in cui viviamo. Gli edifici residenziali rappresentano oggi l’asset class in cui si riflettono maggiormente tutte le tematiche legate alla disponibilità di alloggi e alla loro qualità in termini di salubrità e comfort.
A tematiche legate maggiormente ad aspetti energetici e ambientale relativi alla componente E dei temi ESG, quali l’efficienza energetica e la resilienza climatica, gli edifici residenziali trovano tra gli aspetti Social molti criteri utili alla loro analisi e classificazione. 

L’obiettivo del webinar è quello di promuovere un programma di certificazione evidence-based che permetta di valutare in maniera oggettiva la performance sostenibile di un edificio residenziale, con un focus sugli aspetti Social dei temi ESG ed in linea con il Sustainable Development Goal 3 “Salute e Benessere”.

The Bureau Veritas Italia Group is hosting a new webinar with the participation of IWBI (International WELL Building Institute) to present and promote WELL for Residential, a new sustainability rating system for the evaluation of the health and well-being performance of residential buildings.

The concept of living is closely connected to the concept of quality of the dwellings in which we live. Residential buildings today represent the asset class in which all issues related to the availability of housing and their quality in terms of health and comfort are most reflected.
Beyond the themes more related to energy and environmental aspects related to the E component of ESG issues, such as energy efficiency and climate resilience, residential buildings find among the Social aspects many useful criteria for their analysis and classification. 

The goal of the webinar is to promote an evidence-based certification program that allows you to objectively evaluate the sustainable performance of a residential building, with a focus on the Social aspects of ESG themes and in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 3 "Health and Wellness".
